It appears the bulls are more interested in frustrating the bears than in moving the market up. Everytime the market drops, it is as if something gets triggered in the heads of bulls. It is like the bulls' alarm clock went off. They immediately take the market back up in a fury, then go right back to sleep after making a new high. They don't care about making a run thereafter, but only about frustrating the bears.
