Technical problem!

Due to the merger of TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab, this weekend all the TD Ameritrade accounts were moved to Charles Schwab. Though I still have access to thinkorswim, I'm unable to retrieve my charts/playlists that I have been working with for many years. And I'm not willing to start all over because it is a very tedious process. At this time I'm unable to reach anyone because the they're not open on weekends. I plan to contact them on Monday for assistance. Hopefully they still have it. I'm not sure why thinkorswim couldn't be left as it is or moved without alteration. So I cannot post a weekend review because I have nothing to work on.
