Technically, it is bullish as seen below. Also, it is lagging the market today. While the market is significantly higher, it is flat for the day. This is what I like to see.

Alcoa Earnings Preview
Reports after the close today. Fundamentally it is 7 - 7.5 out of 10 (bullish). Also of note is the fact that it missed earnings just once the last ten quarters, and revenue just twice the last thirteen quarters.
Technically, it is bullish as seen below. Also, it is lagging the market today. While the market is significantly higher, it is flat for the day. This is what I like to see.
